Located in Gauteng in Wadeville on the East Rand, Metprep Engineering boasts a spacious facility spanning 1500 square meters of which 500m² is under 10t overhead and a further 500m² is under 5t overhead crane.
Our location facilitates seamless deliveries and collections and can accommodate large delivery vehicles with ease.
Loading and unloading operations are efficiently managed by forklift trucks boasting capacities of 2½ and 3 tons.
Our workshop
Primed to handle a diverse array of tasks
Equipped to handle a diverse array of tasks within the medium to light engineering sector. From CNC turning, milling, drilling and tapping to press-work and fabrication, our capabilities are comprehensive. Complementing our operations are three fully automatic band sawing machines, seamlessly feeding five CNC turning machines. Our fabrication shop houses four
heavy-duty 350-amp MIG welding machines and an automated welding manipulator, perfectly suited for production welding tasks. Our expertise extends to fabrication projects up to ten tons, utilizing materials including mild, carbon, and stainless steel.
